12 years ago, LN Webworks began its journey with a vision to deliver exceptional digital solutions and build lasting relationships with clients around the globe. Today, as we complete another remarkable year, we’re proud to reflect on how far we’ve come — growing not just as a company but as a family of passionate, driven, and innovative individuals.
Here’s a glimpse into our milestones, achievements for the year and then we will share the unforgettable experience of how we celebrated our 12th anniversary!
Highlights of the 12th Year
- This year, we welcomed nearly 80 new international clients from the US, Australia, and Europe — a testament to the trust global businesses place in us.
- We strengthened our skills beyond Drupal, taking on exciting projects in Laravel, React, Python, AI, and automation.
- We made a splash at DrupalCon Barcelona, gaining significant brand recognition.
- We proudly represented LN Webworks at DrupalCon Singapore, strengthening our presence in the international Drupal community.
- Launched Bunch AI Solutions Pvt Ltd, opening up new possibilities in AI-driven solutions.
The Celebration at Kikar Lodge
What’s success without a little fun? To mark 12 wonderful years, we took the entire team to the scenic Kikar Lodge for a much-needed retreat — and what a trip it was!
Raja Dhaba — A Hearty Start
Our celebration kicked off with a hearty breakfast at the famous Raja Dhaba. Early in the morning, the entire team gathered at this lively roadside eatery, where the aroma of freshly cooked parathas and the warmth of steaming tea greeted us. Over plates of delicious food, we shared stories, laughed together, and set the tone for what was going to be an incredible day. The breakfast wasn’t just about filling our stomachs — it was about coming together as a family and enjoying each other’s company.
But the fun didn’t stop there! After breakfast, some of us couldn’t resist hopping into the colorful toy cars parked outside the dhaba. Adults turned into kids as we squeezed into the cars and drove around, laughing and posing for pictures. These little moments of joy reminded us of how important it is to take time to enjoy the simple pleasures of life — and to enjoy them together.
Pool Time — Making a Splash
After reaching Kikar Lodge, everyone took some time to settle in and rest. But soon enough, the sound of splashing water and laughter filled the air as the team headed straight to the pool. The poolside became the center of all the action — colleagues jumped in together, splashed water on each other, and played spontaneous pool games. It was a refreshing way to beat the heat and let go of all the work stress.
This pool session wasn’t just about fun — it was also about seeing each other outside the office, building deeper connections, and strengthening our bond as a team. Whether it was racing in the water, sitting by the poolside, or cheering on others, everyone had something to enjoy. The pool truly brought out the playful side of everyone and created memories that we’ll cherish forever.
Tug of War — A Test of Teamwork
Once everyone had their fill of pool fun, the team gathered on the lawn for a thrilling round of tug of war. Split into two spirited teams, everyone grabbed the rope with determination and enthusiasm. The air was filled with cheers and laughter as both sides gave it their all, pulling with all their strength while others encouraged them from the sidelines.
The tug of war wasn’t just a test of strength — it was a beautiful display of teamwork, strategy, and sportsmanship. Win or lose, everyone walked away smiling and congratulating each other. This friendly competition brought the team even closer and reminded us how much we can accomplish when we work together.
Volleyball & Badminton — Friendly Matches
After the tug of war, the energy was still high, and it was time for some volleyball and badminton. The volleyball court came alive as teammates set up serves, passed the ball, and dove to save points, all while laughing and cheering each other on. The friendly matches showcased not only some hidden sporting talents but also the team spirit that defines LN Webworks.
At the same time, another group enjoyed a few rounds of badminton under the open sky. Colleagues paired up and took turns smashing and defending, encouraging each other with every shot. These sports brought out the best in everyone — some competitive spirit, plenty of enthusiasm, and endless encouragement for one another.
Singing and Dancing — A Night to Remember
As the sun set and the stars came out, the celebration shifted into a more relaxed and festive mood. The team gathered for an evening of singing and dancing, with everyone taking turns to showcase their talent. From soulful songs to upbeat tunes, the night was filled with music that brought smiles to everyone’s faces.
Soon enough, the singing gave way to dancing as the team took to the floor and let loose. Whether it was traditional moves or freestyle steps, everyone joined in and created a vibrant, joyous atmosphere. The night ended on a high note, with everyone feeling connected, happy, and proud of being part of such an amazing team.
Bhangra in the Rain — A Perfect Finale
The next morning brought with it a surprise — heavy rainfall. But true to the spirit of LN Webworks, the rain didn’t stop us from having fun. Instead of staying indoors, the team embraced the moment and broke into an impromptu bhangra session in the rain. The sight of everyone dancing with abandon, drenched but happy, was truly heartwarming and unforgettable.
This spontaneous celebration in the rain perfectly captured the essence of who we are — resilient, joyful, and always ready to turn any situation into an opportunity for happiness. The bhangra in the rain wrapped up our trip beautifully, leaving everyone with wide smiles and cherished memories as we made our way back home.
