Quality Assurance Engineer


Description

At LN Webworks, we are seeking a QA Engineer with 6 months to 2 years of experience in manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong testing mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers and product teams. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys ensuring product quality, identifying defects, and contributing to smooth, high-quality software releases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform manual testing to ensure product quality and functionality
  • Design, develop, and execute automation test scripts
  • Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scenarios
  • Identify, document, and track bugs using defect tracking tools
  • Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to resolve issues
  • Participate in requirement analysis and provide test estimates
  • Conduct regression, functional, smoke, and sanity testing
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases
 

Experience and Skills

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in manual and automation testing
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar
  • Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle)
  • Basic knowledge of API testing and database testing is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
 

Good to Have

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with version control tools such as Git
  • Knowledge of test automation frameworks and best practices
