Fullstack Developer Team Lead

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer Team Lead who can balance hands-on development with strong technical leadership. This role involves driving engineering best practices, mentoring teams, and delivering high-quality solutions while staying actively involved in the codebase. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, problem-solving, and leading by example.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of web applications using PHP and JavaScript
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to a team of developers
• Review code, enforce best practices, and maintain high coding standards
• Design scalable architectures and contribute to technical decision-making
• Drive automation initiatives to improve code quality, testing, and delivery pipelines
• Collaborate closely with product, QA, and design teams for smooth execution
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while meeting quality and performance benchmarks
• Identify technical risks early and proactively propose effective solutions

Experience and Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Fullstack development
• Strong hands-on expertise in PHP (Laravel / Symfony preferred)
• Strong command of JavaScript; experience with modern frameworks is a plus
• Experience with automation practices such as testing, CI/CD, or workflow automation
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, databases, and system design principles
• Proven experience with code reviews, team leadership, and Agile methodologies
• Strong communication skills with the ability to align teams and stakeholders
