Qroople’s Drupal 7 platform contained complex business data and custom functionality that could not simply be transferred using standard migration processes. Webform submissions, barcode images, order billing information, and node metadata all required specialized migration handling.

The upgrade also needed to preserve role-based access and existing functionality while modernizing legacy barcode and billing logic for Drupal 10. With service continuity being important, the migration had to minimize disruption while maintaining data integrity and feature parity.
