About the Role

We are looking for a Mobile App Developer with strong hands-on experience in building and launching mobile applications from scratch. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Flutter and/or React Native, along with backend development experience.

The candidate should be capable of taking ownership of the complete mobile app development lifecycle — from understanding requirements and development to testing, deployment, and publishing the application. Strong knowledge of AI-assisted development and prompt engineering is also a must for this role.

What you will do

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter and/or React Native.
Build mobile applications from scratch, including architecture, development, testing, deployment, and publishing.
Work on both frontend/mobile development and backend integration/development.
Develop and integrate APIs, databases, authentication, and backend services required for mobile applications.
Handle the complete app publishing process, including preparing builds and publishing applications to the relevant app stores.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise applications for performance, stability, and scalability.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and other technical team members to deliver complete applications.
Implement secure and scalable solutions while following mobile development best practices.
Use AI tools effectively to accelerate development, debugging, documentation, research, and problem-solving.
Apply prompt engineering techniques to get effective results from AI coding and development tools.
Work with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar tools.
Stay updated with emerging mobile development technologies, frameworks, and AI-powered development practices.

What we look for

Experience and Skills

Proven hands-on experience in mobile application development.
Strong experience with Flutter and/or React Native.
Experience in developing applications from scratch to production and publishing.
Good understanding of APIs, databases, authentication, and backend integration.
Experience with mobile app deployment and publishing processes.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation skills.
AI experience is mandatory, including practical knowledge of prompt engineering.
Hands-on experience with Cursor, Claude Code, or similar AI-assisted coding tools.
Ability to effectively use AI for coding, debugging, research, optimisation, and technical problem-solving.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and version control practices.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to take ownership of projects and independently drive them from development to deployment.
