Fragmented B2B Sourcing Made Trade Harder to Manage

Businesses often spend significant time finding suitable suppliers, evaluating their credentials, requesting quotations, and coordinating conversations across disconnected channels. Ramana Trade needed to bring these sourcing activities into a structured digital marketplace.

The platform also had to address the complexity of international trade, including supplier verification, certifications, payments, documentation, logistics, shipment coordination, and multiple stakeholders involved in a transaction.

Building a Connected Journey From Discovery to Trade

We designed Ramana Trade around the complete B2B sourcing journey rather than treating it as a conventional product listing website. Buyers could discover and compare suppliers, submit requirements, review quotations, communicate directly, and progress toward purchasing.

For suppliers and administrators, the platform introduced structured workflows for onboarding, verification, product management, RFQs, quotations, payments, documentation, logistics, and trade activities, creating a connected ecosystem across the marketplace.
