At LN Webworks, we are seeking a PPC Expert to manage and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, a data-driven mindset, and a proven ability to drive ROI through strategic PPC campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys analyzing data, testing strategies, and delivering measurable business results through digital advertising.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms
  • Conduct keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and manage bid strategies and budget allocation
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversions, cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies to maximize performance
  • Analyze campaign data and prepare regular reports with actionable insights
  • Collaborate with content, design, and SEO teams to improve overall campaign effectiveness
  • Stay updated with industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices

Experience and Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in PPC and performance marketing
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, including Search, Display, and Remarketing campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, audience targeting, and funnel optimization
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

  • Google Ads certification
  • Experience managing e-commerce and lead-generation campaigns
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other paid media platforms
