At LN Webworks, we are looking for a LinkedIn Outreach Specialist to drive targeted lead generation and business growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator. This role is perfect for someone with 0.5–2 years of experience who is passionate about connecting with prospects, nurturing relationships, and supporting overall sales and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct targeted LinkedIn outreach campaigns to connect with potential leads, prospects, and clients
Craft personalized and engaging connection requests and follow-up messages
Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research and identify high-potential leads
Use email marketing strategies to complement LinkedIn outreach and drive conversions
Manage and schedule LinkedIn engagement, posts, and social media activities
Coordinate exhibitions, events, collaborations, and content creation
Track outreach performance and maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies with business objectives
Monitor and report on key metrics to optimize campaigns and improve results
Experience and Skills
0.5–2 years of experience in LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, or sales development
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other LinkedIn tools
Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Results-driven mindset with a passion for connecting with new people and building relationships

Experience in B2B sales or marketing
Understanding of lead generation and nurturing strategies
Ability to analyze data and adjust outreach strategies for better performance
