Email Marketing Executive

At LN Webworks, we are looking for an Email Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns that engage audiences and drive conversions. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, strong knowledge of audience segmentation, automation, and campaign performance tracking. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys crafting engaging email content and using data-driven strategies to achieve measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns aligned with business and marketing goals
- Develop engaging email content, subject lines, and CTAs to improve open and click-through rates
- Manage email lists, segmentation, and personalization strategies
- Set up and monitor automated workflows, drip campaigns, and newsletters
- Analyze campaign performance using metrics such as open rates, CTR, bounce rates, and conversions
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices
- Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams for campaign execution
Experience and Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in Email Marketing or Digital Marketing
- Hands-on experience with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of HTML basics for email templates
- Experience with audience segmentation, automation, and analytics
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
Good to Have
- Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
- Knowledge of lead nurturing and customer lifecycle marketing
