Content Writer to create strategic, research-backed content that attracts, nurtures, and converts our ideal clients. The role involves developing short- and long-form assets that guide prospects through the awareness, consideration, and decision stages of the funnel while reflecting LN Webworks’ trusted, people-first voice. This position is perfect for someone who blends creativity, research, and optimization to produce content that informs, differentiates, and drives measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, write, and optimize content across formats including blogs, guides, case studies, landing pages, emails, social media posts, and whitepapers
- Align content to LN Webworks’ Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and funnel stages, addressing client challenges such as outdated systems, compliance gaps, integration issues, and speed-to-market constraints
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to ensure content supports measurable funnel goals
- Research industry trends, case studies, and internal expertise to develop authoritative perspectives
- Apply Google EEAT, SEO, and AEO best practices to ensure content is credible, structured, and discoverable
- Use AI tools responsibly for ideation and drafting, while maintaining human-led review for originality and insight
- Build and maintain a content knowledge base by documenting reusable research, data points, and frameworks
- Partner with Design and SEO specialists to enhance readability, scannability, and user engagement
- Track and report on content performance using analytics and adjust strategies based on insights
Experience and Skills
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex technical or service information into clear business outcomes
- Research-driven approach with the ability to provide unique insights beyond surface-level SEO topics
- SEO and AEO fluency, including on-page SEO, structured data, and conversational search optimization
- Collaborative mindset with experience working across Sales, Marketing, and Design teams
- Analytical thinking with the ability to measure and optimize content performance
- Comfortable using AI tools responsibly to enhance quality and speed of content creation
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities and maintain version control
- Commitment to accuracy, transparency, and integrity in all written materials
Good to Have
- Experience producing both short-form and long-form B2B content
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and content analytics tools
- Experience creating content that supports lead generation, funnel optimization, or thought leadership initiatives
