Business Development Representative


Description

At LN Webworks, we are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate and qualify new leads through outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone. The BDR will focus on identifying ideal client profile (ICP) prospects, engaging them, and booking discovery calls for Account Executives. This role is ideal for someone who is relentless, adaptive, and passionate about building a strong sales pipeline for high-value projects ranging from $30K–$100K+.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and prioritize potential clients that fit LN Webworks’ ICP
  • Personalize outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to maximize engagement
  • Conduct initial qualification of prospects based on fit, interest, and readiness
  • Book discovery calls or introductory meetings for Account Executives, providing detailed handover notes
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and prospect information in CRM
  • Track and report on outreach volume, conversion rates, and Account Executive feedback
  • Continuously test, iterate, and refine outreach messages and tactics for better results
  • Gather and relay market intelligence and prospect feedback to Sales and Marketing
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to align on target accounts, messaging, and nurture sequences
  • Participate in regular revenue team meetings to share results, learnings, and best practices
 

Experience and Skills

  • Strong persistence, curiosity, and resilience; motivated by results and comfortable handling “no”
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to personalize and adapt messaging
  • Highly organized with attention to detail in data entry, task tracking, and follow-up
  • Proficiency in using CRM and outreach tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ethical, professional, and collaborative approach to all interactions with prospects and team members
 

Good to Have

  • Experience in B2B lead generation or outbound sales
  • Familiarity with high-value project sales cycles
  • Understanding of marketing campaigns and lead nurturing sequences
  • Knowledge of industry trends and evolving ICPs
