Business Development Executive

At LN Webworks, we are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive our international client acquisition and business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience working on freelancing platforms like Upwork or Freelancer, managing clients from regions including the US, UK, and Australia, and generating business through online platforms and social media. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, client-focused, and committed to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and execute the overall business development strategy
  • Manage and grow relationships with international clients from the US, UK, and Australia
  • Act as the primary communication link between the development team and clients
  • Generate business through freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and others
  • Write clear, professional, and error-free project proposals
  • Set up and maintain an online portfolio to attract projects
  • Follow up consistently with clients to secure opportunities
  • Lead generation through social media platforms like Facebook, Indeed, and LinkedIn
  • Stay updated on IT services and technology trends to inform client discussions
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive business development efforts
 

Experience and Skills

  • 0–1 year of experience in IT business development or client management
  • Prior experience handling international clients and sales targets
  • Excellent knowledge of freelancing/bidding platforms and technical understanding
  • Strong client handling and communication skills
  • Basic understanding of IT services, app, and website development
  • Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or equivalent in Computer Science/IT (minimum 60%)
  • Diploma or training in Computer Science/IT (minimum 60%)
 

Good to Have

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams
  • Familiarity with latest technologies and platforms for app or website development
  • Experience in writing proposals and managing client expectations
