Account Manager


Description

At LN Webworks, we are seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary relationship owner for post-sale clients. The Account Manager will nurture, grow, and retain profitable client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring delivery excellence—particularly for $30K–$100K+ accounts in Australia, Canada, and the US. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys proactive engagement, strategic thinking, and building long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients post-sale; own client experience, renewals, and account growth
  • Understand client goals, personalities, and success metrics; document and update in CRM
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients through proactive conversations, QBRs, and needs analysis
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities; coordinate with Sales and Marketing on expansion strategies
  • Manage client issues and escalations—work closely with Delivery to resolve quickly and transparently
  • Track and report on account health, revenue, and risks; escalate concerns proactively
  • Champion the client’s voice internally—share feedback to improve services, solutions, and processes
  • Document all client communications, changes, and risks; keep records current for seamless team collaboration
  • Collaborate weekly with Sales, Delivery, and Marketing for pipeline, risk, and satisfaction reviews
 

Experience and Skills

  • Proven ability to manage post-sale client relationships and drive account growth
  • Strong executive presence; credible, empathetic, and trusted by clients
  • Skilled relationship builder; able to manage tough conversations and maintain client satisfaction
  • Commercially astute; understands revenue drivers, pricing, and contract terms
  • Highly organized and responsive; able to manage multiple accounts and track details reliably
  • Strong problem-solving skills; proactive in resolving issues and surfacing opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across Sales, Delivery, and Marketing teams
 

Good to Have

  • Experience managing high-value B2B client accounts ($30K–$100K+)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools
  • Knowledge of digital services, web development, or IT solutions
  • Experience in upselling, cross-selling, or account expansion
