THE CHALLENGE

Important Urban Information Was Too Difficult to Access

DKSR’s digital experience served multiple audiences, but navigation, search, accessibility, and language created barriers for people trying to understand complex information.

The challenge was to create a clearer platform for residents, businesses, and other stakeholders while supporting multiple languages and a high accessibility standard.

OUR APPROACH

Designing Accessibility Into the Foundation

We began by understanding how different audiences interacted with DKSR’s information and where the existing experience created barriers.

Research, stakeholder input, UX planning, and Drupal development shaped a platform where accessibility, multilingual delivery, responsive design, and clearer search were part of the architecture.
